Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso, S. A. de C.V., is a company that according to the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) is designated as (“Responsible”) since it decides the treatment and use of the personal information it collects from you.

For the “Responsible”, using your data legitimately is a priority. This Privacy Policy complements any other simplified or short privacy notices that the “Responsible” made available for being the holder of your personal information and it is supplementary of everything not expressed in such notices.

3. Customer personal information treatment purposes
The “Responsible” recollects your information for the following purposes:

A. Provide of the services you require, in accordance with the proposal and/or quote submitted by the “Responsible”. The services that the “Responsible” can provide for specialized industries imply engineering, automation, operational systems, security, control, process upgrades, crisis management, among others; and everything related with them for corporations and individuals, domestic and foreign, including equipment and spare parts sales.
B. To comply its obligations according to the offered services, and give you notice of the situation or changes of those services.
C. Evaluate the quality of the services given by the “Responsible” and survey the customer’s satisfaction.
D. Keep contact with you, to invite you to conferences, courses or events, where current subjects are given and are related with the services the “Responsible” offers.
E. Keep contact with you, to offer you new products and solutions related with the services the “Responsible” offers.

4. Customer personal information recollected by the “Responsible”
To fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy, the “Responsible” will use personal data as identification information, contact, employment information and turnover.

5. Personal Sensitive Information
The “Responsible” informs you that for the purposes of this privacy policy, recollecting personal sensitive data is not necessary.

6. Options and means for limiting the use or disclosure of your personal information
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal information, to not be used for marketing or publicity means from the “Responsible”, you can contact directly your Sales Representative or “Responsible” located in Convento de Actopan No. 33, Jardines de Santa Mónica, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México, CP. 54050, by phone +52 (55) 5397-3703 and/or by email to limit the way and media your personal information is used.

7. Means to enforce the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancelation and Opposition (ARCO rights)
You have the right to access the personal data the “Responsible” owns and know how it has been used, and verify and change if they are incorrect or incomplete; cancel them when they’re not required for any of the services mentioned in this privacy policy, they are not being used for the purposes given or oppose its use.

The “Responsible” sales representative, will give you all the required information, for you to enforce your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancelation and Opposition of your personal information.

8. Procedure for the client, to revoke its consent for the use of personal information.
In any moment, you can revoke the consent you had previously granted to the “Responsible” for the use of your personal information. However, it is important you keep in mind that not all cases might proceed or conclude the use of the information immediately, since it’s possible that for a legal obligation your personal information needs to be used. Furthermore, you must consider that for certain purposes’, revoking your consent implies that the service you had requested can no longer be provided or ending the relationship with the “Responsible”.

To revoke your consent it will be necessary to contact your “Responsible” Sales Representative, with the purpose to let you know the procedure for revocation.

9. Personal information sharing within Mexico and abroad.
Your personal information can be transferred and used inside and outside the country, if necessary for the purposes mentioned in the bullets A) and B) of point 3 of this privacy notice. In this case, your personal information will be shared outside the country, with the corporations that require it, from which Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso S.A. de C.V. is part of. For the reasons mentioned above, it is important that you keep in mind your personal information is protected among these corporations; they share the same privacy policy and have a personal information protection policy.

The “Responsible” commits to not transfer your personal information to third parties, unless for professional services to be provided should be transferred to comply with legal obligations to the competent authorities, such as tax authorities or court, federal or local. It can also transfer your personal information without your consent in the cases provided by Article 36 of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and in the cases mentioned in the preceding paragraph and that are within the assumptions of Article 37, on the understanding that the transfers would be made in the terms set by the Law.

For the protection of your personal data we have implemented security measures for administrative, physical and technical nature in order to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of your information.

11. Changes to privacy notice.
This privacy notice may be have changes, be changed or updated as a result of new legal requirements, changes in the needs of the "Responsible" for the offered services, due to privacy practices or other causes. The "Responsible" reserves the right to make changes at any time or upgrades to this privacy notice.

12. Right to promote and verify the rights protection procedures required by the Institute.
Any complaints or additional information regarding the use of personal information or questions regarding the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Parties or its Regulations may directed to the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI).
