A. de C.V., is the legal entity that, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares - LFPDPPP), is understood as (the Responsible Party), given that it decides on the processing of the personal data collected from you.

A) To provide you with the services you require, in accordance with the proposal and/or financial quotation submitted to you by the Responsible Party. The services that the Responsible Party can provide you for specialized industries are in the fields of engineering, automation, operational systems, safety, control, process improvement, crisis management, among others; and all those related to the above for legal entities and individuals, both domestic and foreign, including the commercialization of the necessary equipment and spare parts.
B) To comply with the obligations entered into with you in accordance with the services offered, as well as to inform you of any situation or change regarding said services.
C) To evaluate the quality of the services provided by the Responsible Party and to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
D) To maintain contact with you in order to invite you to conferences, courses, or events addressing current topics related to the services provided to you by the Responsible Party.
E) To maintain contact with you in order to offer you new products and solutions related to the services provided to you by the Responsible Party.
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, the Responsible Party will use identification, contact, employment, and billing personal data.
The Responsible Party informs you that in order to comply with the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, it does not require collecting sensitive personal data from you.
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, so that it is not processed for marketing or advertising purposes by the Responsible Party, you may directly contact your Responsible Sales Representative, located at Convento de Actopan No. 33, Jardines de Santa Mónica, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México, z. c. 54050., at the telephone number 5397-3703 and/or via email, in order to be informed of the manner and means by which you can limit the use and disclosure of your personal data.
You have the right to access your personal data held by the Responsible Party and the details of its processing, as well as to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; cancel it when you consider that it is not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, is being used for non-consented purposes, or to oppose its processing for specific purposes.
The Sales Representative of the Responsible Party will provide you with all the necessary information so that you may proceed to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding your personal data.
At any time, you may revoke the consent that, if applicable, you have granted to the Responsible Party for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to keep in mind that it will not be possible to address your request or terminate the use immediately in all cases, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation, it may be required to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that the service you requested can no longer be provided, or the conclusion of your relationship with the Responsible Party.

Your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, if necessary for the purposes mentioned in subsections A) and B) of point 3 of this privacy notice. In this case, your personal data would be shared outside the country with the company or companies required, of which Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso, S. A. de C.V. is a part. Therefore, it is important for you to be aware that your data is protected by virtue of the fact that these companies, should it be necessary to forward your data, will operate under the same Personal Data Protection Policy and also have a Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
The Responsible Party undertakes not to transfer your personal data to other third parties, unless, due to the professional services provided to you, they must be transferred to comply with legal obligations before the competent authorities, such as tax authorities or federal or local judicial authorities.
